2018 Pinot Noir, Ram's Gate Estate

A breathtaking vintage from our estate, this wine is built around dense fruit while maintaining lift and minerality. Layered and compelling flavors highlight the unique location of our estate vineyards.

Opening with clove, anise and cigar box the wine eludes to chocolate truffle and caramel to complete the complex nose. On the palate, the darkness is carried out with crème de cassis with structure and texture that hints to a long lifespan in the bottle.
