2019 Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast
This vintage has great fruit concentration with a mouthfeel that has tension and excitement. It is a blend from Sonoma Coast (50%), Russian River Valley (28%) and Petaluma Gap (22%).
The wine opens with foraged fruits: raspberry, and blackberry with complements of cherry and earthy umami characters. Fermented in small open-top fermenters with varying small amounts of whole-cluster, the mouthfeel has a balanced palate of freshness, cradling tannin and well-placed weight. Red fruits on the palate play toward an uplifting, enjoyable finish. A great introduction to our Pinot Noir portfolio, this wine is delicious and a great companion for your favorite meals and festivities.
