2021 Pinot Noir, Gap's Crown Vineyard

The 2021 vintage shines with personality, boasting classic bluefruits and the luscious richness of plum sauce. The original 777block continues to impress, its elegance and purity highlighted byfinely tuned tannins and a beautifully balanced concentration. Theaddition of Clone 828, sourced from an older planting higher onthe hill, was fermented whole-cluster with no pigéage (foot-stomping), encouraging a touch of carbonic maceration that lendsa subtle complexity to the final wine.
