The Grenache, cultivated with organic principles at our Estate Vineyard, offers pomegranate notes baked into a palate brimming with energy and focus. Syrah, now sourced from a cooler climate site in Bennett Valley's sub-appellation, contributes savory spice notes akin to a bouquet-garni in this flavorful medley. Lastly, the Mourvèdre, a newcomer to this blend, adds a touch of exotic flair that enhances the wine's brilliance. Grown in Northern Sonoma Valley, the fruit undergoes 100% whole cluster fermentation and gentle stomping, imparting a hint of carbonic to the nose—a burst of fruit that complements its prosciutto-like aromatics.
