Fermented entirely with native yeasts and utilizing 100% whole clusters, the wine has deep aromas of grenadine, black currants, and prosciutto intertwine on the nose, epitomizing the interplay between intensely concentrated fruit and the wild allure of whole-cluster fermentation—a quality the French aptly term "Sauvage."
