Tasting Notes

After the instant-gratification 2013 vintage, the 2014 Pinot Noir seems at first glance more reserved, but after a few minutes in the glass, aromas become more pronounced, featuring deep purple floral notes, cinnamon spice and black cherry. Dry, chalky tannins on the palate today promise gorgeous integration in a few months, though its flavors of cigar tobacco and bottlebrush will remain. We recommend enjoying one bottle now, opening another in six months and savoring additional bottles over the next ten years.
