Winemaking Notes
Slowly
ripened on a northern-facing slope in the heart of the Russian River Valley
AVA, the 2015 El Diablo Pinot Noir grabs attention and demands respect. Rose
petal and baking spice dance on the nose with fresh cherry, pomegranate and
cranberry. The fruit notes join vanillin and cola on the palate along with
grippy tannins promising further resolve as they transition into the finish of
dried cranberry, tarragon, white pepper and mint.
